Advance Tank and Construction is a construction company that works throughout the continental United States. We build large capacity, steel erected, storage products from the ground up. We are looking for a Business Support Coordinator for our office in Wellington, CO. We are interested in those who are experienced, hardworking, and know how to work safely.
PAY RANGE:
$42,000 – $52,000 yearly
The pay range is dependent on the person’s experience and capabilities. Benefits include paid vacation, sick leave, 401K, and health & dental insurance. This is an employment at will position.

QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of administrative support experience, preferably in a business setting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software. Capable of learning online training and vendor systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, DUTIES, AND TASK:
- Provide administrative support to executive leadership.
- Maintain and organize company records, legal documents, insurance certificates, and compliance documentation.
- Manage renewal of business and state licenses.
- Serve as the point of contact for third-party vendor systems (e.g., ISNetworld, Avetta, etc.)
- Assist in preparing internal reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Manage incoming communications (email, mail, calls).
- Assist with company event planning and employee engagement initiatives.
- Work with legal and insurance brokers on insurance matters.
- Maintain master service agreements.
- Assist in managing safety training program and apprenticeship program.
- Assist in preparing OSHA 300 Logs for legal and safety review.
- Other duties as assigned.
NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, DUTIES TASKS:
- Run office errands as needed.
- Support HR, legal, and accounting teams.
- Assist with the coordination of board meetings and documentation distribution.
SCHEDULE
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Occasional overtime may be required based on company needs.
WORK CONDITIONS:
- Office-based role with standard business hours.
- May require occasional travel.
