PAY RANGE
$45.00 – $55.00

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Site Coordinator is a field-based position responsible for coordinating and supporting the successful execution of ATC projects at customer sites. This individual will work closely with the Project Manager (PM), client representatives, ATC employees, and subcontractors to ensure that work is properly planned, sequenced, communicated, and executed.
The Site Coordinator must be able to understand the overall project sequence, recognize how ATC’s work interfaces with subcontractor activities and the client’s schedule, and proactively coordinate these activities to keep the project moving smoothly.
The Site Coordinator will work closely with and support the Project Manager, while serving as a primary ATC representative in day-to-day field coordination with the client, ATC personnel, and subcontractors.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and field operations, with experience coordinating multiple crews and activities. Experience working within petrochemical facilities, refineries, chemical plants, or other industrial facilities is highly preferred.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have a good attitude, with an open mind and willingness to learn.
- Must have good interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Must have experience on computers and Microsoft Office Suites with an ability to develop forms and spreadsheets and be familiar with technical writing. Ability to create schedules utilizing Microsoft projects or similar.
- Minimum of 4 years Construction or Manufacturing Experience, Construction Management or Engineering Degree.
- Must be able to pass a post hire physical verifying ability to perform essential functions of job and a substance abuse test whenever required by Advance Tank or its customers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, DUTIES AND TASKS:
- Develop and maintain a strong, professional working relationship with the client.
- Meet regularly with client representatives to discuss current and upcoming work, project priorities, schedule requirements, and site coordination needs.
- Understand the client’s overall project schedule and identify how ATC’s activities interface with other contractors and site operations.
- Prepare accurate daily reports documenting the day’s activities, accomplishments, challenges, schedule impacts, safety observations, and other significant project highlights.
- Ensure timesheets are completed accurately and submitted in accordance with ATC requirements.
- Ensure required project and site documentation is completed as prescribed by ATC.
- Assist the PM with the development and maintenance of project schedules.
- Monitor actual progress against the planned schedule and communicate changes, delays, or potential impacts to the PM.
- Consistently work with Field Superintendent to learn the safety, operations, and construction of welded metal plate structures.
- Must be capable of climbing to heights of 160 feet above ground by vertical ladder and of using tools of the trade at that height, such as fall protection equipment.
SCHEDULE:
Work is 10 hours per day, 5 days per week (Monday through Friday), with possible additional work on Saturday. Begin work promptly at designated time.
WORK CONDITIONS:
The worker is required to be able to move freely throughout a field site and be on his or her feet for extended periods of time. As well as working in a field construction office site and sitting at a desk while working on a computer.
