12 Months Incident Free!

We are proud to announce that we have been incident free for more than 12 months!

At Advance Tank, safety is not a task but part of our culture.  We expect safe work, we demand safe work sites, and we cheer on safe employees. We work in a production centered business and believe we can perform safe, quality work in a timely manner.  Safe work starts with each individual employee and each person is held accountable for their safety as well as the safety of their crew.

Because safety is our first priority, we continually strive for an incident and accident free environment. Areas we put an emphasis on are:

• Training and testing all employees
• Tracking all incidents and accidents
• Twice daily reviews of potential hazards (JHA)
• Celebrating safe work as a team and individually
• Strict drug and alcohol program

Though 12 months without any OSHA recordable incidents is quite an achievement, our ultimate goal is to keep our employees and work sites free from hazard indefinitely.  We invite you to learn more about our Health & Safety Program.
